# Self-Service App

### Access Cymmetri on Mobile Devices

With the Cymmetri Mobile app, accessing the essential features of your workspace from any location becomes very easy. Whether you're on iOS or Android, you can download the app and keep your work moving forward while on the go.

### Getting Started

**Download the App**

Head to your device's app store – either the Apple App Store for iOS devices or the Google Play Store for Android and Download the Cymmetri Mobile App.

Search for Cymmetri Self Service App or Cymmetri Mobile App and then select the application as shown below:

On the next screen click on the **Install** button

Once downloaded click on the **Open** button to open the application

**Scan the QR Code**

Once downloaded open the app, and you'll be prompted to scan a QR code.&#x20;

This code can be found within your Cymmetri workspace by clicking on the apple or android icon as shown here:

Once the icon is clicked a page for scanning the QR Code appears as shown below:

**Access Your Workspace**

Once the QR code is scanned and validated, the login page of the corresponding tenant is opened which can be used by the user to login into Cymmetri using their credentials.
